Découvrez les 3 notes obtenues par nos vins sur Gigondas et Châteauneuf du pape en millésime 2007. Par Josh Raynolds.
2007 Domaine des Bosquets Gigondas ($25-$30)
Youthful purple. Perfumed scents of dark berries, incense, rose and
lavender, plus a hint of cola. Fleshy, seductively sweet black raspberry and
mulberry flavors are enlivened by juicy acidity and framed by gentle tannins. A
tangy mineral note adds cut to the long, sappy finish. Offers a captivating blend
of richness and energy. Sussex Wine Merchants, Mooresville NJ ; Triage Wines,

2007 Chateau de Vaudieu Chateauneuf du Pape($55)
Vivid ruby. Ripe cherry and dark berries on the nose. The palate shows
fresher red fruits, with a hint of blood orange adding vivacity. Much more
energetic than it showed from barrel, finishing with very good lift and persistence
and impressive clarity.

2007 Chateau de Vaudieu Chateauneuf du Pape Val de Dieu ($85)
Glass-staining ruby. Seductively perfumed aromas of black raspberry,
spicecake and incense, with notes of licorice and garrigue adding complexity.
Juicy, pliant, seductively sweet red and dark berry flavors become spicier with air
without losing their seamless quality. Very smooth and focused on the finish, with
the sweet dark berry and spice notes recurring. Sussex Wine Merchants,
